It is nice one...
But it need some finishing touches.

Some suggestions:

• It have too much exposure.. Use burn tool to darken mid-tones of background.
  
• Re-position your name to corner.
  
• Change font. User some sans serif fonts.. 12pt will be enough.
  
• Change font color. Use some colors like white. Add 1px black stroke in effect will make it better to read.
  
• Add effects on text.(not necessary)
  
• Add outline/border. (not necessary)
